To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, Bushiroad Music (hereafter referred to as “we” or “the Organizer”) strictly prohibits any actions that may disturb or harm other guests, interfere with performing artists or stage direction, or otherwise obstruct the smooth operation of the event (hereafter referred to as “Prohibited Conduct”).

If any Prohibited Conduct or similar actions are discovered during the event, staff may refuse entry or require violators to leave the venue under the instruction of the Organizer or event management.
In case such conduct occurs frequently, the event may be suspended or canceled without notice.

Individuals found engaging in Prohibited Conduct may be permanently banned from attending all future events (regardless of format) hosted by the Organizer, Bushiroad Inc., or its affiliated companies. If a banned individual is found at a venue, they will be immediately escorted out. No ticket refunds or other compensation will be provided in such cases.

Depending on the nature of the violation, we may also report the incident to the police or take civil/criminal legal action, including claims of obstruction or unlawful acts.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we strive to create enjoyable events for everyone.

1. Examples of Prohibited Conduct (Non-exhaustive):

･Ignoring staff guidance, running, or pushing other guests/staff members.

･Physically aggressive or threatening behavior such as shoving, hitting, or intimidating others.

･Leaving assigned seats or switching seats with others in designated-seating events.

･Attending the event while intoxicated, or consuming alcohol or smoking inside the venue.

･Using mobile phones during the event (please use them in the lobby if necessary).

･Bringing recording devices (e.g., cameras, video cameras, IC recorders). Such items will be held by staff and returned after the event.

･Carrying dangerous items (e.g., hammers, items over 30cm, flammable objects, raw food) or anything staff deems hazardous.

･Bringing unauthorized or modified penlights, penlights over 30cm, high-intensity lights, connected penlights, flashlights, or other lighting devices.

･Using even regular penlights in disruptive ways: swinging, throwing, biting, using more than 4 in one hand, flashing, or excessive waving above head height.

･Holding fans or message boards (with surfaces over 30cm in diameter) above chest level or using them disruptively.

･Holding plush toys or non-event goods above chest level or using them disruptively.

･Climbing or jumping from seats or railings.

･Shouting, making strange noises, loud sounds, excessive arm movements, or intense jumping.

･Moshing, diving, shoulder-riding, or pushing in one direction.

･Bringing flags, banners, or noisy cheering items. These must be discarded on-site if discovered.

･Entering with tickets obtained by unauthorized means.

･Ignoring instructions from staff or the Organizer.

2. If You Witness Disruptive Behavior:

Please notify the nearest staff member if you witness any Prohibited Conduct or similar disruptive actions.

3. Bag Inspection:

To enforce restrictions on banned items, thorough bag checks will be conducted at entry.
Please allow extra time for this process and arrive early.

4. Disclaimer:

We are not liable for any injury or loss caused by a guest's own prohibited actions or refusal to follow staff instructions.

Please review and follow these guidelines to ensure a safe event.
Guests who fail to comply may be removed from the venue.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

･One ticket admits one person only. Shared tickets are not allowed.

･Preschool children are not allowed to enter.

･Identity verification with photo ID may be required for anti-resale measures.

･Accepted IDs include driver's license, passport, residence card, disability certificate, My Number Card, or student ID with a photo.

･If your student ID lacks a photo, please also bring your health insurance card or a copy of it (both required).

･Entry may be denied without valid ID.

･Tickets are valid only for the date and venue printed.

･No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or postponed.

･Bonus items for merchandise-included tickets will only be distributed at the venue on the day. No advance/post-event shipping.

･Forgotten bonuses must be claimed on the event day. No follow-up claims accepted.

･No alcohol will be sold or allowed at the venue.

･Please refrain from bringing gifts or fan letters. No gift box will be provided.

･Photography is generally prohibited. Post-show photography is allowed as long as it does not disturb others.

･Please avoid uploading images containing other guests' faces to social media.

･Cameras may be present at the venue for recording purposes.

･Loitering or sitting outside the venue is prohibited. Violators may be banned even outside the venue.

･Do not camp overnight near the venue.

･Travel and accommodation expenses are the guest’s responsibility.

･Event content is subject to change or cancellation due to weather, performer circumstances, or other reasons.

･Some seats may have obstructed views depending on the stage setup.

･Large luggage (e.g., suitcases) that cannot fit in your seating area is not permitted.

･Do not hold penlights, plushies, or similar items above chest level, as this obstructs others' views.

･Additional restrictions may apply based on venue and event conditions.

･Failure to follow staff instructions that results in injury or confusion is the attendee’s responsibility. We assume no liability.

･Guests who do not follow staff instructions may be removed without ticket refunds.

･If serious misconduct occurs, including property damage or safety threats, the event may be interrupted or canceled.

为了确保所有来场观众都能安心欣赏演出，我们严禁任何可能对他人造成困扰、伤害，或妨碍演出与活动进程的行为（以下称为“禁止行为”）。
若发现禁止行为或类似行为，将在主办方与运营方指示下，由工作人员予以制止、拒绝入场或请离。严重时可能导致活动中断或取消。
如被认定有禁止行为，该观众将被无限期禁止参加Bushiroad及其关联公司主办的所有活动（包括签名会、朗读剧、舞台剧等）。如强行入场，将当场请离，且门票费用等一概不予退款。
此外，视行为性质严重程度，主办方可能报警或采取民事、刑事法律行动。

1. 禁止行为举例

以下列出部分典型禁止行为（但不限于以下内容）：
- 无视工作人员引导、在场内奔跑、推挤他人或工作人员等行为。
- 推撞、殴打、威吓他人等暴力行为。
- 指定座席公演中，擅自离开座位前往他人座位或堵塞通道（如非如厕或紧急离场等必要情况）。
- 酒后入场、演出期间饮酒或吸烟。
- 使用手机（如有必要请移步大厅等区域使用）。
- 携带摄影、录音设备（如摄像机、录音笔等）。如在入场安检或场内被发现，将由工作人员代为保管，演出结束后归还。
- 携带凶器（如铁锤、30厘米以上器具）、易燃物、生鲜食物（被允许的饮料除外）等危险物品。如现场发现，须自行丢弃，无法配合将被拒绝入场或请离。
- 携带非法改造荧光棒、30厘米以上长度物品、光量过强的道具、连接型荧光棒、手电筒等照明器具。
- 即使是市售荧光棒，也禁止以下行为：挥舞、投掷、叼在嘴里、单手持四根以上、闪烁光芒、头顶旋转等可能影响他人的使用方式。
- 将大型手拍、应援板（直径超过30厘米）或毛绒玩具举到胸口以上，或大幅挥舞，影响他人视线。
- 攀爬座位、护栏，或从上方跳下。
- 高声喧哗、发出奇怪声音、大动作挥舞手臂、过度跳跃等妨碍演出的行为。
- MOSH（冲撞）、跳水、骑肩、朝一个方向挤压等行为。
- 携带旗帜、横幅、会发声的应援道具。
- 使用非法渠道获得的门票入场。
- 其他未遵守工作人员指示的行为。

2. 若发现违规行为

如您目击到上述禁止或类似行为，请立刻联系附近工作人员。

3. 随身物品检查

为防止违禁物品带入，入场时将进行严格的行李安检。入场可能花费一定时间，建议提早到场。

4. 免责说明

因违反规则或不听从工作人员指示而导致受伤或损失，主办方、场馆及演出人员均不承担任何责任。

- 每张门票仅限一人使用。
- 学龄前儿童不得入场。
- 为防止倒卖，可能实施身份验证。请携带带照片的身份证件（如驾照、护照、在留卡、学生证等）。无法出示者可能被拒绝入场。
- 门票仅限票面所示日期与会场有效。除非演出取消或延期，否则不予退款。
- 含周边商品的门票特典，仅现场领取，无法事前或事后邮寄。遗忘领取也仅限当日受理。
- 会场内禁止贩售酒类及携带酒精饮品。
- 请勿赠送礼物、粉丝信。现场不设礼物箱。
- 原则上禁止摄影。仅演出结束后，在不影响他人的前提下允许简单拍摄。请避免上传包含他人面部的照片至网络。
- 可能会在场内设置摄像设备用于录制。
- 禁止在场馆周边进行聚集或通宵等扰民行为。违者即使在场馆外也可能被禁止出入。
- 交通、住宿费用请自理。
- 活动内容如有变动不另行通知，亦可能因天气或演员原因取消。
- 视座位位置可能无法完整观赏所有演出效果。
- 请勿携带大型行李箱等无法放置于座位范围内的物品入场。
- 请勿将荧光棒、玩偶等道具举高至胸口以上，以免挡住后方观众视线。
- 若违反以上规定，或行为影响演出、他人安全，工作人员将介入并可能请离，门票不予退款。情节严重可能导致演出中断或取消。
