1. Prohibited Acts

The Company strictly prohibits any actions during the Event that may cause trouble to other guests, pose a risk of harm to other guests, obstruct or interfere with the performance of the appearing artists, or hinder the progress or production of the Event (collectively referred to as "Prohibited Acts").

(1) Specific Examples of Prohibited Acts

Specific examples of Prohibited Acts are listed below. (Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and Prohibited Acts are not limited to the following.)

Ignoring the guidance of Event venue staff, running, pushing aside other guests, venue staff, or crew members.

Acts such as shoving, hitting, pushing, or threatening other guests or staff.

In events with assigned seating, leaving your designated seat and moving to any seat other than the one specified on your ticket. This includes, but is not limited to, swapping seats with other guests (except for reasons such as using the restroom or a temporary exit), blocking aisles, rushing from the designated seat, or intruding into another guest's seat, which are considered nuisance or dangerous acts.

Attending the Event while intoxicated, or drinking or smoking during the Event.

Using mobile phones. If use is unavoidable, please use them in the lobby or a similar area.

Bringing in recording devices such as cameras, video cameras, or IC recorders (hereinafter simply referred to as "Recording Devices"). If Recording Devices are found during the baggage check at the entrance or inside the venue, the staff will hold them and return them at the end of the Event.

Bringing in items that staff deem dangerous, such as those that could be used as weapons (e.g., hammers, items longer than 30 cm), highly flammable materials, or raw food (referring to uncooked perishables, not including permitted beverages). If these items are found by staff during the baggage check at the entrance or inside the venue, you will be required to dispose of them immediately yourself. If disposal is refused, entry will be denied, or you will be asked to leave the Event.

Bringing in non-commercially available or modified glow sticks or penlights, those longer than 30 cm, commercially available glow sticks or penlights with extremely high brightness, connected penlights, guide lights, or other lighting equipment. If these items are found by staff during the baggage check at the entrance or inside the venue, you will be required to dispose of them immediately yourself. If disposal is refused, entry will be denied, or you will be asked to leave the Event.

Even commercially available glow sticks or penlights must not be used in a manner that may disturb other guests, such as swinging them violently, throwing them, holding them in your mouth, holding four or more in one hand, repeatedly flashing the light, or persistently spinning them above the head.

Holding a fan or message board with a face diameter of 30 cm or more (excluding the handle) above your chest level, or using them in a way that may disturb other guests, such as swinging them.

Holding goods such as stuffed animals or toys not intended for use during the Event above your chest level, or using them in a way that may disturb other guests, such as swinging them.

Standing on or jumping from seats or railings.

Loud cheering, screaming, making loud noises, excessive arm-waving, or excessive jumping that may disrupt the Event.

Moshing, stage diving, crowd surfing (shouldering), or pushing towards a certain direction.

Bringing in flags, banners, or noisemakers (cheering goods that make sound). If these items are found by staff during the baggage check at the entrance or inside the venue, you will be required to dispose of them immediately yourself. If disposal is refused, entry will be denied, or you will be asked to leave the Event.

Entering with a ticket acquired through unauthorized means.

Any other failure to comply with instructions from the Company or the staff.

(2) What to Do If You Witness Prohibited Acts

If you witness any Prohibited Acts or similar behavior, please notify the nearest staff member.

(3) Enhanced Baggage Check

To inspect for items prohibited by the Company, baggage checks will be thoroughly implemented at the Event entrance. Please allow ample time for entry, as the baggage check may take time.

(4) Response to the Discovery of Prohibited Acts

If Prohibited Acts or similar behavior are discovered at the Event, we will deal with them rigorously, including asking for ID, denying entry, or asking the guest to leave the venue. Furthermore, the Event may be interrupted or canceled if Prohibited Acts or similar behavior occur frequently during the Event. Guests who have committed Prohibited Acts will be indefinitely prohibited from attending all future events (regardless of format or name, such as meet-and-greets, readings, stage plays, etc.) related to the Company, Bushiroad Inc., and its affiliated companies. If an entry is confirmed despite the ban, the person will be immediately asked to leave the venue. The Company will not issue any refunds for Event tickets or other expenses, even if a guest who committed a Prohibited Act is denied entry or asked to leave. Additionally, depending on the nature of the Prohibited Act, the Company reserves the right to notify the police, take legal action (civil or criminal), and take any other measures deemed necessary against the guest who committed the act.

(5) Disclaimer

The Company, the Event venue, the performers, and Event personnel shall not be held responsible for any injuries or other damages incurred by guests due to Prohibited Acts or similar behavior, or by causing disruption themselves by failing to follow the staff's instructions.

2. Unauthorized Resale and Transfer of Tickets

The unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. To combat unauthorized resales, we may verify the identity of all customers before entry. Please ensure you bring one piece of public photo identification (e.g., driver's license, passport, residence card, disability certificate, credit card with photo, basic resident register card with photo, My Number Card) or one student ID with photo (student handbook). If you have a student ID (student handbook) without a photo, please bring two items in total: the photo-less student ID (student handbook) AND your health insurance card or a copy of your health insurance card in your name. Entry may be denied if you are unable to present identification. Sharing electronic tickets with companions using the distribution function, such as eplus "Smart Ticket (スマチケ)" is permitted.

3. Other Precautions

The Event may feature loud sound effects. Guests who have concerns about their hearing or those accompanying small children should take necessary precautions themselves or with their companions in advance.

Pre-school children are not permitted to enter.

Tickets are only valid for the performance date and venue stated on the ticket.

One ticket cannot be used by multiple customers (one ticket allows entry for only one customer).

Ticket refunds will not be issued for any reason other than the cancellation or postponement of the performance. Thank you for your understanding.

For tickets that include merchandise, the merchandise will generally be handed over at the venue. Please note that we do not accept requests for shipping before or after the Event for any reason. Regarding forgotten merchandise, we will only handle declarations made on the day of the Event. We cannot respond to inquiries made on a later date, so please ensure you receive your merchandise. The same applies to other distributed materials upon entry.

Taking photos inside the venue is strictly prohibited, but after the performance ends, photography is allowed as long as it does not disturb other guests. Please be extremely careful, as posting images online, such as on social media, where other guests' faces are visible may constitute an infringement of portrait rights.

Cameras may be set up in the venue for recording purposes. Please note in advance that customers may be captured in the footage or photos released at a later date.

Sitting down or holding unauthorized gatherings around the venue is prohibited as it may cause trouble to other customers and nearby residents. If such nuisance is confirmed, even outside the venue, severe measures, such as issuing a warning and banning future entry, may be taken.

Please refrain from waiting overnight around the venue, as this causes trouble to the neighborhood.

Transportation and accommodation costs to the venue are the responsibility of the customer.

Event details are subject to change without notice. The Event may also be canceled due to weather, performers, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Depending on the seating, some parts of the production may be partially or completely obstructed.

Please refrain from bringing in luggage, such as suitcases, that cannot be placed within the confines of your seat.

Additional Venue Rules and Reminders:

・No alcohol will be sold or allowed at the venue.

・Please refrain from bringing gifts or fan letters. No gift box will be provided.

・Additional restrictions may apply based on venue and event conditions.

・Failure to follow staff instructions that results in injury or confusion is the attendee’s responsibility. We assume no liability.

・Guests who do not follow staff instructions may be removed without ticket refunds.

・If serious misconduct occurs, including property damage or safety threats, the event may be interrupted or canceled.

These guidelines aim to ensure a safe and enjoyable concert experience.
