Guidelines for Congratulatory Flowers
We would like to inform you about sending congratulatory flowers, such as flower stands, from our guests.
If you wish to arrange a flower stand or other flower gifts, please carefully follow the guidelines below.
■ Size
For flower stands, please ensure the size does not exceed:
Base (stand legs): 40 cm × 40 cm
Height: 180 cm or less
Overall width: 100 cm or less
For other flower arrangements or bouquets:
Container size: 40 cm (W) × 40 cm (D) or smaller
Total height (including container): 40 cm or less
■ Delivery Time
When placing your order, please be sure to instruct your florist or delivery service to deliver the flowers within the “designated delivery date and time” listed on the official BanG Dream! website for each event.
■ Removal Time
When placing your order, please also instruct your florist to remove the flower stand within the “designated collection date and time” listed on the official BanG Dream! website for each event.
■ Other Restrictions
Flower stand name plates containing addresses or telephone numbers cannot be displayed. We kindly ask corporate and organizational senders to pay particular attention to this rule.
Important Notes:
Deliveries outside the designated time slots, or flower stands without a removal arrangement in place, may be refused.
Flower arrangements and bouquets do not require removal.
Any item exceeding the specified size may be refused, or decorations may be removed as necessary.
Items with additional props or decorations, multiple connected stands, items with electrical devices, or items requiring a power source may also be refused or altered before display.
Even if an item is not listed in the restrictions above, we reserve the right to refuse or refrain from displaying items deemed inappropriate.
Display locations (including both inside and outside the venue premises) will be determined by the organizer in accordance with venue regulations and fire codes. We cannot accept requests regarding location or display order.
Stands will be installed in the order they arrive within the designated delivery time; however, if a large number of stands arrive, some may not be displayed.
We cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery due to traffic or other issues.
If space is not available to display a flower stand, only the name plate may be displayed.
Flower arrangements and bouquets are treated as gifts and will not be displayed in the venue like flower stands.
We are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding specifications.

关于祝花（花篮）的指南
关于来自观众的花篮等祝贺用花饰，敬请注意以下事项：
・尺寸要求
- 花篮底座（支架部分）：宽40厘米 × 深40厘米以内，高180厘米以内，整体宽度不超过100厘米。
- 插花或花束类：容器尺寸须在最大宽40厘米 × 深40厘米以内，整体高度（含容器）不超过40厘米。
・到达时间指定
请在订购时，务必告知花店或配送公司参考官网公演页面所指定的“到达时段”，确保按时送达。
・回收时间指定
花篮须在指定时间由花店回收。请提前安排花店按官网页面标注的“回收时段”完成撤回。
・其他注意事项
- 花牌上不得写有“地址”“电话号码”等内容。
- 未按时送达或未安排回收的花篮可能被拒收。
- 插花和花束类无需回收。
- 超出规定尺寸、附带装饰、电动装置、组合花篮等将被拒收或要求拆除。
- 即使符合规定，主办方亦有权判断是否展示。
- 花篮展示位置由主办方统一决定，恕不接受指定位置或顺序要求。
- 花篮数量过多时，主办方将依到达顺序筛选展示，可能无法全部布置。
- 如因配送延迟错过布置时间，主办方不承担责任。
- 无法展示的花篮可能仅展示名札。
- 插花和花束作为赠礼处理，不在场内展示。
- 个别设计或装饰的相关咨询恕不予回应。
