本応募要項
本コンテストに応募する方（以下、「投稿者」といいます。）は、以下に定める応募要項（以下、「本応募要項」といいます）を確認の上、同意した上で本コンテストに応募するものとします。なお、株式会社ブシロード（以下、併せて「主催者」といいます。）は、投稿者が本応募要項に合致する方法で作品を投稿した時点で、投稿者において本応募要項を承諾した上、本コンテストに応募する意思表示があったものとみなします。

投稿数に制限はございませんが、同じ作品を複数投稿することはできません。
投稿画像サイズ
投稿時のサイズは自由です。
※作品データのご提出につきましては、結果発表後、バンドリ！公式X（@bang_dream_info）よりDMにてご連絡差し上げます。当該アカウントからDMの受け取りができない設定になっている方は、結果発表後、DMの受け取りができるように設定の変更をお願いいたします。
受賞者の方は、「デザインと背景がわかれた状態で保存されたPSDデータ、カラーモードRGB」で作品のデータのご提出をお願いします。
※アナログ作品で応募する際には、完成した作品を綺麗に写真撮影もしくはスキャンしていただき、指定のハッシュタグ2点をつけてXにて投稿していただく必要がございます。受賞された場合、データのご提出については別途ご連絡させていただきます。
選考対象外作品
以下に該当する場合は選考の対象外となりますので予めご了承ください。
なお、受賞後であっても投稿作品が以下に該当することが判明した場合は受賞を取り消すことがございます。
・下記「参加資格」に定める要件を満たさない方の投稿作品。
・主催者が応募テーマから逸脱していると判断した作品。
・コンテスト指定ハッシュタグに記載漏れまたは誤りがある作品。
・投稿者自身が著作権を有していないもの、第三者からのリクエストにより製作したもの、または投稿者本人以外の第三者によって製作されたものと主催者が判断した作品（リワードを含む）。
・募集期間以外において投稿された作品、または募集期間以外に投稿されたものを再投稿した作品。 ※募集期間は、日本時間（UTC+9）に準拠するものとする。
・主催者またはその他の第三者の所有権、著作権を含む知的財産権、名誉、信用、プライバシー等の権利を侵害する作品。
・わいせつ、残虐、差別的表現に相当するもの、その他第三者に不快感を与えると主催者が判断した作品。
・公序良俗に反すると主催者が判断した作品。
・他のコンテスト等に応募済みのもの、または他のコンテスト等で受賞したものと主催者が判断した作品。
・AIによって自動生成された画像や素材を用いて製作された作品。
※受賞候補となった作品については、本項目に該当しないことを確認するため、製作途中のデータのご提出をお願いする場合がございます。指定した期間内に製作途中のデータの提出ができない場合、受賞を取り消す場合がございますので、予めご了承ください。提出方法についてはXのDMにて別途ご連絡させていただきます。
・その他、本コンテストの趣旨に照らして不適切な作品と主催者が判断した作品。
参加資格
・本応募要項すべてに同意された個人の方。（法人および複数人名義<複数人による共同製作作品を含む>での参加はできません）
※未成年者の方は、本応募要項への保護者の方の同意を得た上でご投稿ください。保護者の方の同意が得られない場合、本コンテストの選考対象外となりますのでご了承ください。
・バンドリ！公式Xアカウント（@bang_dream_info）をフォローしていること。
・投稿者のXアカウントにおいてバンドリ！公式Xアカウント（@bang_dream_info）からのDMを受信できること。
・投稿者とその親族が反社会的勢力（暴力団、暴力団構成員、暴力団準構成員、暴力団関係企業、総会屋等、社会運動標ぼうゴロ、政治運動標ぼうゴロ、特殊知能暴力集団等またはこれらに準ずるものをいう）に該当せず、または反社会的勢力と関係を有するものではないこと。
※日本国外に居住されている方からの投稿も可能です。なお、受賞商品に選出された場合、賞金を日本国外の銀行口座へ振り込むことも可能ですが、送金手数料等により、賞金額が上記金額と相違する可能性がございます。予めご了承ください。
選考方法
コンテスト投稿作品については、各審査員による厳正なる選考の後、受賞作品を決定します。
同意事項
以下の項目をすべてお読みの上、あらかじめご了承いただいてから投稿いただきますようお願いいたします。
「参加概要」に定める方法により画像を投稿いただくことにより、本応募要項に同意いただいたものとみなします。
（１）投稿者は、自己の責任において本コンテストに投稿するものとします。
（２）投稿作品の著作権は、投稿者に帰属するものとします。但し、投稿作品は主催者又は主催者が指定した第三者によって（６）に定める態様にて使用させていただく可能性があり、投稿者はこれを予め承諾するものとします。
（３）（２）の規定にかかわらず、受賞作品として主催者に採用された投稿作品の著作権（著作権法第27条及び第28条に定める権利を含めます）は、受賞作品として主催者が発表した時点において、主催者に帰属するものとします。
（４）受賞作品の投稿者は、主催者および主催者が指定する第三者に対して、著作者人格権を行使しないものとします。
（５）投稿者に選考結果を個別にお知らせすることはありません。なお、本コンテストの結果発表は、3月中旬に行う予定です。
（６）本コンテスト募集期間終了後に作品の投稿の取消を行うと、選考の対象外となる場合があります。
（７）主催者は、作品の投稿に際して投稿者に生じた諸費用に関して一切負担いたしません。
（８）株式会社ブシロードは、本コンテストへの投稿に際して投稿者より受領した全ての個人情報を、本コンテストおよび選考作品の投稿者への連絡およびお問い合わせ対応などのためにのみ使用するものとします。また、株式会社ブシロードは、投稿者の個人情報を主催者のプライバシーポリシー（日本国内に居住する投稿者の方については https://bushiroad.co.jp/privacy 、日本国外に居住する投稿者の方については https://en.bushiroad.com/privacy/ ）に基づき取り扱うものとします。なお、株式会社クラフトエッグは投稿者の個人情報を一切取り扱うことはございません。
免責事項
（１）主催者は、投稿者の本コンテストへの投稿、選考に際して、投稿者とその他の第三者との間で生じたいかなる紛争についても、その原因の如何を問わず、一切の責任を負担しないものとします。
（２）本コンテストは、システムのメンテナンス等主催者が必要と判断した場合には、事前 に何ら通告なく休止する場合があります。
（３）主催者は、投稿者が本コンテストに関して被ったいかなる損害（本コンテストの中断、停止または廃止を含み、これらに限定されません）についても、その責任を負わないものとします。
（４）本応募要項に定める主催者の免責については、損害発生の直接的原因となる事由が主催者の故意または重過失による場合には適用しないものとします。

*All winning illustrations may be used in BanG Dream! related exhibitions, publishing, or merchandising.
*Entries from outside of Japan are accepted. Winners may receive the prize money in the bank accounts in their respective countries, but the amount of money will differ from the listed price due to transmittal fees.
*Illustrations will not be accepted in the Contest if:
-It is from an individual not qualified to apply.
-It is not related to the Contest theme.
-It does not have the required hashtags.
-It was made as a request from others.
-It is posted after the Entry Period. (Entry Period is in JST)
-If illustration violates Terms & Conditions (1) shown below.
★Qualification
Only individuals who agree with the Contest Guidelines are qualified to apply (entries from companies or collaborative work between several individuals are not accepted).
*Underage individuals must have consent from their parent/guardian.
★Selection Process
Illustrations entered into the Contest will be reviewed by the Judges to determine the winners.
★Posting Format
Number of posts: There are no limitations on the number of illustrations you can enter, but you cannot enter the same illustration more than once.
Size of posted image: There is no limitation on the size of the illustration posted on X.

Terms & Conditions
Please read all the Terms & Conditions below before entering the Contest.
You will be deemed to have agreed to the Contest Guidelines by posting your illustration.
★Terms
Contest: GloBanG Dream! Illustration Contest
Hosts: Bushiroad Inc.
Applicants: Individuals who submit their illustrations to the Contest.
Winners: The Applicants selected to receive the prizes.
Works: The illustrations submitted by the Applicants.
Works (including username) will not be eligible to apply and will be disqualified (even after the winners are announced) if:
-Works are created by AI(Artificial Intelligence).
※We may ask you to submit the draft of the work to check whether it's by AI or not. If you failed to submit the draft during the designated period, your work will be eliminated from the nominated list. We will inform you directly through X account regarding how to submit the data.
-Works violate any copyright, trademark, reputation, or privacy of Bushiroad Inc., or any other individual/corporation.
-Works include violence, nudity, racism, or anything that will induce discomfort in others.
-Works offend public order and morals.
-Works are already commercialized, planned to be commercialized, or submitted to any other contest.
-Works do not include the required information.
-Works are deemed inappropriate by the Hosts for other reasons.
The rights of the works will belong to each Applicant. However, the rights of the works chosen for any of the prizes will belong to the Hosts.
The Winners cannot exercise their moral rights over their works.
The Applicants will not receive the results individually. The Winners are planned to be announced in March.
The Applicants, regardless of whether they receive the prizes or not, agree that their works and usernames may be introduced on the BanG Dream! official social media accounts, official websites, events, or other forms of publishing. The works and usernames may be altered or translated depending on the media.
Works will not be eligible if the posts are deleted after the Contest.
Any fee related to the creation and application of the Works are the responsibility of the Applicants.
Hosts will use the collected Applicants’ personal information solely for the purpose of this Contest. The personal information will be handled according to the Host’s Privacy Policy (https://bushiroad.co.jp/privacy).
Winners may be contacted individually regarding the reception of prizes. If no reply is made in a certain period of time, they may be stripped of their right to receive the prizes.
Disclaimers
Applicants submit their Works to the Contest at their own responsibility.
Hosts will not take responsibility for any disputes regarding submission to the Contest, the selection process, or any quarrel between Applicants, regardless of the reason.
The Contest may be postponed without prior notice if Hosts deem it necessary, for reasons such as system maintenance.
Hosts will not be liable for any damage caused by the Contest. (Including but not limited to the postponing or cancellation of the Contest)
This Disclaimer will not apply if the damage caused is a result of the Hosts’ willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
If any dispute arises between the Company and any Applicant with respect to participation in or application to the Competition, the Company shall consult with the Applicant in good faith, but if the dispute cannot be settled, the Participant agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of the first instance.
